Yoga Studio monthly financial report
A studio report should show students per class. A full class pays the teacher and the rent. A half-empty one pays only the teacher.
The six numbers for a yoga studio
| Number | How to work it out | What it warns you about |
|---|---|---|
| Active members | From your booking software | Revenue follows members |
| Class pack classes still owed | Unearned revenue on the balance sheet | Cash that belongs to future classes |
| Students per class | Check-ins ÷ classes | Classes that cost more than they bring in |
| Teacher pay, share of revenue | Teacher pay ÷ revenue | A schedule larger than demand |
| Rent, share of revenue | Rent ÷ revenue | Space you pay for in empty hours |
| Weeks of costs in the bank | Cash ÷ weekly costs | Room for the summer dip |
Use these six in place of the general ones on the template's Report tab.
What to watch in a yoga studio
